Round gray metallic object with whistling sound in Hamel, Minnesota
Two boys observed a round, dull gray metallic object approximately one foot thick and two feet wide that descended, spun on the ground while making a whistling noise, then ascended to 30 feet and shot off northeasterly.
“Informents stated that on 11 Ang 4S between 1200 and 1215 hours, CST, Jerome and Benno were playing in the back yard and noticed en object in descent approximately twelve feet from the ground which was descending between the two of them. It settled to the ground gently - much es & balloon, Upon hitting the ground the object spun once, made a sort of whistling noise, described by the two boys as resembling a steam whistle, and then shot straight up into the air approximtely 20 feet, halted and again made a whistling noise.”
