A pale yellowish-white glowing light was observed traveling east to west over Osborn, Ohio on July 9, 1948 at 2147 hours, appearing and disappearing at regulated intervals at approximately 3,000-4,000 feet altitude traveling at 500-600 MPH.
“At 2147 hours on 9 July1948, the undersigned sighted an unidentified object flying from east to west at approximately three to four thousand feet over . the north end of Osborn, Ohio. The object appeared as a pale yellowish white light that seemed to glow.”
