Mrs. Wiskerken observed a very large, silver object resembling a parachute positioned above and west of Sand Point Naval Air Station. After approximately two minutes, the object faded away to the north.
“Mrs. WISKERKEN, had observed a very large object "quite high" directly above and somewhat West of Sand Point Naval Air Station. Mrs. WISKERKEN described the object as very like a large parachute and stated that it was "so silver" that she could hardly look at it. After approximately two minutes the object appeared to fade away to the North.”
