April 8, 1954 UFO sighting and Coast Guard pursuit

An alleged UFO was sighted on April 8, 1954, pursued by the U.S. Coast Guard, briefly landed on the ground with a passenger who disembarked and returned to the object, and was observed by at least three civilian observers.
