A law enforcement officer in Colorado observed an orb-shaped object flying approximately 300 feet above the ground that remained stationary for about 15 minutes before moving closer to the observer's location.
“I am watching another orb that is flying approximately ... (indistinct radio chatter) 300 feet up off the ground. I did check radar. There is no aircraft flying in the area (unintelligible due to radio crosstalk). This has been flying stationaiy for about 15 minutes.”
