White pulsating light with erratic movement

A white pulsating light was observed moving horizontally with erratic movements near the northern edge of a location, appearing at or below tree-line altitude before disappearing after approximately ten seconds.
“Approximately twenty minutes later, SA - observed what - believed to be a UAP. In the direction of SA - saw a white pulsation of light appear. The :~~h t appeared to be at the northern edge of and began to move l&irizontally with somewhat erratic movements.”
